Please bring along a few essentials to make the most of our time together. Packing a lunch, water bottle, journal, and something to write with will ensure you’re comfortable and ready to absorb all the valuable knowledge and experiences we’ll be sharing.

Additionally, consider bringing a small blanket to enhance your meditation practice. Creating a cozy, personal space can make a significant difference in the depth of your relaxation and connection with the energy around you.

In our workshop, we'll explore the powerful integration of Reiki Level I & II, as taught by Dr. Hayashi and Ms. Takata. This unique approach has shown remarkable effects when combined, and I'm eager for you to experience it. We will also delve into the transformative Holy Fire III Reiki, merging traditional Japanese techniques with evolved energy healing for a deeper connection to healing energies.

You'll receive "Reiki the Healing Touch" by William Rand, a valuable manual for our workshop and beyond, available on the first day of class.

• In class, you will receive two attunements that connect you with Reiki energy. These will enable you to use Reiki, connect with your symbols, and work on your energy flow through chakras and meridians. This experience will raise your vibration. To enhance your attunement, consider the following suggestions if you feel inspired: Spend 2-3 days before class without technology. Avoid computers, TV, news, and newspapers. Focus on whole foods, and cut out caffeine and alcohol.
