Join us at My Goodness Integrative Wellness Clinic for an enriching workshop where we delve into the profound healing energies of Reiki. Throughout the workshop, you will explore the transformative power of Reiki and its potential to facilitate inner healing and self-discovery.

• Cost: $325 with a $100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your seat (the deposit can be used towards future classes)

When you commit to this workshop and especially after you pay, you may notice shifts in your energy or an illness could arise. It’s important to remember that these experiences are entirely normal and are short lived symbolizing that the Reiki energy is beginning its work within you. In knowing this, please try to attend the first day 0f the workshop as the Reiki will continue working on you throughout and after class.

To accompany your learning journey, you’ll receive a copy of "Reiki the Healing Touch" by William Rand, a valuable manual that will guide you throughout our workshop and beyond. Your manual will be waiting for you on the first day of class.

During the class you will receive two attunements/placements that will connect you with the Reiki energy. These attunements will allow you to use Reiki and connect you to your symbols as well as work on your energetic body shifting patterns and energy throughout your chakras, meridians and nadis. This process raises your frequency and shifts you into a higher vibration. To help the attunement go "deeper" you may feel called to follow these recommended suggestions, however only if you feel guided to do so.

• Take 2-3 days prior to the class as a technology free time.  Refrain from computer and TV use and do not listen to the news or read the newspaper. 

• Eat whole foods and eliminate caffeine and alcohol.  

• If you really want to detox prior to the weekend, Mrs. Takata (who brought Reiki to North America) has a juice blend she mixes up and drinks – with one 2” beet, 1 Tbsp watercress, 2 stalks of celery, 1 med. Carrot and 2 cups purified or spring water.  If you have Reiki already – you can send Reiki into this mixture prior to chopping it at high speed in a blender.  If not, send love and kind thoughts into the mixture.  This blend is supposed to purify the blood and detoxify the liver, gallbladder and lungs – but caution should be used with it as it is a powerful detoxifier.  Drink a small amount and wait for an hour or more to see how your body responds.
